Refund Eligibility
- Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We request that you provide photographic evidence of the damaged product to support your claim.
- Incorrect Products: If the product delivered is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a swift resolution.
- Medical Concerns: In rare cases where adverse health reactions are experienced and can be directly linked to our products, please consult with a healthcare professional immediately. Such cases will require a detailed report from the health professional, and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Products Not Eligible for Refunds
- Products that have been opened or used, unless defective.
- Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers or other elements that enable traceability.
- Products not purchased directly through our official website or authorized retailers.
Process for Requesting a Refund

- Once we receive your request, we will initiate an investigation. This process may take up to 7 working days.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
